Summary of Responsibilities:
- Successful maintenance of assigned sites through:
- managing job budgets
- executing site details in a timely manner
- communicating effectively with CSR, client & coworkers
- training crew people
- trouble shooting/problem solving - Participate in snow removal operation
Summary of Requirements:
- Possess/obtain & maintain a category 3 pesticide certification
- Possess extensive plant ID and I, P & D knowledge
- Repetitive bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting of over 50 pounds
- Abililty to safely operate and maintain equipment required for maintenance
- Foreman experience
Maintenance Crew Person
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Mowing
- Annual & perennial care
- Tree & shrub pruning
- Bed edging & mulching
- Participate in snow removal operation
Summary of Requirements:
- Possess extensive plant ID and I, P & D knowledge
- Repetitive bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting of over 50 pounds
- Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment required for maintenance
Landscape Construction Foreman
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage resources & time applied to assigned jobs
- Installation of hardscape, softscape & low voltage lighting working off a landscape plan
- Training and directing crew people
- Trouble shooting/problem solving
- Participate in snow removal operation
Summary of Requirements:
- Repetitive bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting of over 80 pounds
- Foreman - hardscape & softscape experience
- Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment used for landscape construction
Landscape Construction Crew Person
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Bed preparation & planting
- Bed edging & mulching
- Lawn installation
- Hardscape installation
- Participate in snow removal operation
Summary of Requirements:
- Repetitive bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting of over 80 pounds
- Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment required for landscape construction
Tree, Shrub & Lawn Care Applicator
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn applications - granular & liquid
- Perform tree & shrub applications
- Identify tree, shrub & lawn problems
- Participate in snow removal operation
Summary of Requirements:
- Repetitive bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting of over 50 pounds
- Possess/obtain & maintain category 3 & 5 pesticide certification
- Ability to safely operate and maintain equipment required for Tree, Shrub & Lawn care
Flower Planters
Temporary positions that are full-time mid-May through mid-June
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Annual planting including bed prep & plant layout
