HISTORY
In 1998, with 40 years combined experience in landscape management and customer service and fewer than 10 employees, Tim and Melody Narr founded LandWorks, Inc. providing landscape maintenance services to commercial and residential customers throughout Southeast Wisconsin.
Today, the employees of LandWorks provide creative and thoughtful landscape design, construction and maintenance services to commercial and residential customers seeking quality at a fair price.
AWARDS
In 2009, LandWorks was recognized by the Wisconsin Landscape Contractors Association, receiving a Gold award for its residential landscape maintenance services.
Also in 2009, LandWorks was a recipient of the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce’s esteemed FUTURE 50 Award, which recognizes the success of companies growing in both revenue and employment. LandWorks also received this award in 2006.
In its February 2008 Annual Design Awards Issue, Milwaukee Home & Fine Living magazine recognized LandWorks with a Silver award for Best Residential Landscape over $100,000, and a Bronze for Best Residential Water Feature.
LandWorks was also recognized in 2008 by the Wisconsin Landscape Contractors Association, receiving a Silver award for landscape construction in the Special Projects category.
LandWorks partnered with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates on the Shorewood Downspout Disconnection Project, which won a Best of State Award in the 2007 Engineering Excellence Awards from the American Council of Engineering Companies. LandWorks designed, installed and provided initial maintenance and care instruction for 48 residential rain gardens in the Village of Shorewood.
In 2007, LandWorks was recognized by the Wisconsin Landscape Contractors Association, receiving both Gold and Bronze awards for its residential landscape maintenance services.
LandWorks has also received awards in both residential and commercial landscape maintenance multiple times prior to 2006. |
